About remove.bg Pro & Our AI Cutout Technology
remove.bg Pro is an automated online image background remover, transparent PNG generator, and e-commerce photo studio built to help individuals, photographers, marketers, e-commerce sellers, and car dealerships isolate subjects in seconds.
1. How Our Automated Cutout Engine Works
When you select or drop a photo into our studio, our client-side HTML5 Canvas matting engine analyzes corner boundary distributions, color-space distance, and Sobel edge gradients to separate the foreground subject from its background cleanly—keeping your original image private inside your browser while delivering instant transparent PNG cutouts.
2. Complete Post-Cutout Studio & Magic Brush
Beyond one-click background removal, our integrated studio includes the Magic Brush (allowing you to erase stray background artifacts or restore foreground props), marketplace-compliant Pure White (#FFFFFF) backdrops, depth-of-field Gaussian blur, and realistic subject drop shadows.
